Our monthly meetings offer an opportunity to exchange ideas and information with other property owners.
Many issues are discussed including current and
proposed legislation and changes relating to rental properties and landlord/tenant issues. The Association offers a wealth of information from various members
on a wide variety of related topics.

From time to time, our Association has received presentations from guest speakers on a variety of
subjects ranging from legal issues, landlord/tenant
matters, insurance, building/safety specifications, etc. These sessions have been very beneficial and we wish
to continue our efforts in this regard. Suggestions for
future topics/speakers from members will be most welcome.
